In 2021 our 17µ products will be fully replaced by an all-new 16µ product range with more meters per reel, which will give contractors and farmers an even greater output.

Excellent Net Replacement Film

As the name suggests, net replacement film replaces the need to use net wrap in holding the round bale formation, and instead applies several layers of solid film around the circumference of the bale. Net replacement film effectively also acts as an ‘underlayer film’, which gives further support and strength to the outer wrapping films. In combination with high-quality silage wrap, highly compressed bales of precisely cylindrical shape can be produced while optimally retaining the energy and nutrient content of forage.

Film&Film (F&F) wrapping

Film&Film (F&F) wrapping is an innovative dual wrapping method, which combines the use of balewrap and netwrap replacement film.
 

Net Replacement film provides a high-strength wrapping solution for film on film applications. The high holding force of NRF in the F&F wrapping system maintains the pressure that has been applied during baling.

So if you want higher quality silage in easier-to-handle bales, as well as increased feed protection, consider switching to net replacement film.

Superior oxygen barrier

 Net wrap replacement film further compresses and effectively covers the bale right to the edge, this creates a more effective oxygen barrier, with less oxygen creeping into the bales, leading to better fermentation and improves silage quality.

Removed easily
Net replacement film production from the same raw material as bale wrap means there’s no need to separate net and film when opening bales. So, it can be removed easily, 100% recycled and without leaving any residue.

Safety

With the NRF, net pieces left behind in the feed and thus sources of danger are a matter of the past. it acts

twice as safely for the livestock.

Prevent mold growth

Mould reduces silage quality. Net replacement film provides an air barrier, that helps to prevent the growth of white mould. As a result quality is improved. Milk, beef or lamb production increases per bale leading to more profitable farming.

The available colors for this film are white and transparent.

This product is available in 2 widths – 1.28m wide or 1.38m wide. The available thickness are 16 um and 13 um.

The packaging is Individually stacked on wooden pallets. All sizes come 25 rolls per pallet.
